Elon University undertook an expansion project for its dining hall to cater to its expanding student population and their diverse dietary preferences. This two-level dining complex now hosts a variety of food outlets such as Pei Wei, Knead, Village Juice Co., Home & Away, and Greens & Grains. These establishments offer a wide array of choices, including local specialties, vegan and vegetarian options, organic meals, sustainable seafood, gluten-free choices, and plant-based dishes.

The design of this spacious dining hall features an atrium connecting the first and second floors. Additional architectural highlights include staircases within a glass entrance that overlooks a courtyard, providing additional seating space.
