INTENTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS.

Samet Corporation has made a commitment to creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment and a more representative workforce at all levels of the organization. To become more intentional and strategic, we have partnered with The Diversity Movement to help us on our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) journey. We will all learn together and ensure that associates’ and leadership’s voices are heard and considered as we develop an action plan.

All of us are committed to driving positive social change and business impact through our everyday contributions on the job site, at the office, and in the community. We now have dedicated resources in CSR to support this work, too. Purpose drives profit.

 

CSR isn’t just about idealism; it is the marriage of business and purpose. Social responsibility is really about a long-term investment in Samet’s reputation and brand. You might say it’s just one way we build trust and make ourselves more competitive.
