Located in close proximity to the new Cone Health Women’s and Children’s Center, this two-story, 29,000 SF medical office building provides comprehensive, one-stop women’s health services. Additional support services include addressing social determinants of health and striving to improve the overall emotional and physical state of women.

Space includes medical services offices and exam rooms, imaging services, physical therapy spaces, laboratory services, fitness class spaces and a food pantry.

The Samet team worked a six-day work week to provide a fast-track completion of this project.
