After a thorough survey across multiple states to find the optimal location, a leading restaurant brand called on Samet to deliver this large distribution center in the heart of North Carolina. This expansive cold-storage facility not only bolsters the local economy by creating 160 jobs but also supports 175 of the company’s restaurants.

The facility encompasses a diverse range of storage solutions, featuring a 23,212 SF freezer maintained at -4°F, a 37,641 SF cold dock and outgoing cold dock at 36°F, and an 11,000 SF cooler also at 36°F. Additionally, it includes a vast 75,000 SF dry warehouse, complemented by office spaces and 40 dock doors, ensuring efficient and seamless operations for the company’s extensive network.
